Dear Sir, There is a proposal to shift Asiad Bus stand at Dadar from existing roadside to the adjacent flyover below as per the article on Times of India recently around 16th October 2009. By shifting the Asiad Bus Stand at Dadar below the flyover,no problem is going to be solved. On the contrary , it will create more traffic problem at the junction because the Asiad buses have to take an U-turn or L-turn while being taken out from the centre of the flyover. At present it is taking only a L-turn from left extreme end of the road. The best long term solution to this problem is MSRTC should buy the adjoining Kohinoor Mill land from NTC which is on sale and develop it into a big bus stand with food court as in Mumbai Central.
